Job Description:   

 

·         Looks over club facility inventory.                  

·         Responsible for monitoring of inventory levels.

·         Responsible for safety and adequate storage of all inventories.                  

·         Liaise with all accredited vendors to the club.

·         Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.

·         Reconciliation of invoices and receipts at all sales point

 

Requirements:

 

·         Minimum 2 years experience as a Stock/procurement at a hospitality establishment              

·         Thorough knowledge of food handling and storing techniques         

      

·         Good oral & written communication skills                 

·         Stock Control and Inventory experience                   

·         Good administration skills                 

·         Accuracy
